All warranties have a set time limit. Once the warranty expires, clients are encouraged to enter into a Service and Maintenance Contract with Pacific Diagnostics Limited. This ensures regular servicing of the machines and minimizes downtime through our proactive part replacement system.
All machines under warranty receive free servicing, including routine maintenance, repairs, and part replacements if necessary. However, clients must strictly adhere to the warranty terms and conditions. This includes ensuring that only trained and authorized personnel operate the machine and that there is no tampering with its electrical or mechanical components. Any violation of these terms will result in a warranty breach
User Manual Training is provided exclusively to authorized users to prevent operational errors that could damage the machine. During the training, customers are guided through the equipment's functionality and safe usage.
Once the room is ready, the machines are shipped to the client’s site for installation. Our highly trained engineers handle the installation to ensure a smooth, efficient process and to prevent any damage before or during installation.
Once machines are procured from Pacific Diagnostics Limited, our team of trained engineers will visit the client’s premises to provide guidance on room preparation for installation. This includes recommendations on room size, dimensions, construction standards, and electrical voltage requirements to ensure optimal machine performance.
